Blame Poor Working conditions for low productivity of Teachers-AWC

The All Workers Convergence(AWC)has blamed the low productivity of Teachers in Nigeria on poor working conditions.

The AWC made this know through its National Coordinator, Comrade Andrew Emelieze.

''Over the years, Teachers in Nigeria have made a lot of sacrifice and they are still making despite the economic challenges confronting them. Most of the Teachers are more than qualified, but then teaching and learning are ill motivated in Nigeria. Perhaps, this explains the low productivity in the education sector'', Comrade Emelieze asserted.
